Who is eligible to submit referrals through the AIE Rewards Program?
This reward is open only to residents of the U.S., except employees and members of their households, whether or not related, and immediate families of AIE Marketing Services. Referrals must be submitted through the online form to be eligible for the reward
How many referrals can I send to AIE Rewards?
Keep sending in new referrals! There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit. Referrals must be for separate practices to qualify for separate rewards. Duplicate requests cannot be considered.

What if my referral does not make an AIE customer?
Rewards are only issued for referrals that result in becoming an AIEMS Review Generation customer. Referrals that do not become customers are not eligible for rewards.
What if my referral is already a contact with the AIE team?
Referrals of practices that are presently an AIEMS customer do not qualify for this reward.
Do I need to know the person I am referring to AIEMS?
While it’s not a requirement, we highly recommend you only provide referrals for whom you know. As a best practice, you may also want to take an extra step and receive consent from referrals to submit their contact information. Referrals must be from separate practices to qualify for individual rewards.
What if my referral is already in contact with the AIEMS sales team?
Qualifying referrals must be an introduction to an account that is not actively engaged with the AIEMS sales team.
What if I am eligible to receive the $295 credit but paid for the year of AIEMS up front?
If a referral is eligible for an account credit and has paid their fees in advance, their services will be extended by 30 days at no additional charge in order to receive the account credit.
How long do I have to wait for my Reward?
Rewards will be paid after the first full payment is received as an AIEMS customer from a referral submitted through the online form.
What is an AIE Review Generation Management customer?
An AIE Review Generation Management customer is one who pays a monthly premium in return for receiving review services.
